Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Cancellation, Rescheduling & Deposit Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to request service at the property.

Our service

Garage Cleaned provides garage cleaning, decluttering support, practical sorting, floor cleaning, and organization according to the package and scope confirmed for your appointment. Services may be performed by vetted independent service professionals working with Garage Cleaned.

The final scope depends on garage size, condition, access, safety, and the amount and type of material present. Work outside the selected package requires your approval and may require a separate price or appointment.

Booking and payment

A booking request is reserved after the $99 deposit is successfully paid and Garage Cleaned confirms the appointment. The deposit is credited toward the selected package price. The remaining balance is due when the agreed service is completed, unless a different written arrangement is made before the appointment.

Prices cover the stated package scope. Disposal fees, storage products, unusually heavy-item handling, or additional labor are not included unless shown or approved in advance.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, address, access, and garage-condition information.
• Ensure an authorized adult is available at the start and completion of service.
• Provide safe access to the garage, electricity and water when reasonably needed.
• Secure pets, cash, jewelry, documents, firearms, medication, and other valuables.
• Identify fragile, sentimental, hazardous, or restricted items before work begins.
• Approve what may be discarded, donated, moved, or left in place.

Excluded or restricted work

Standard service does not include mold or asbestos remediation, pest or animal-waste cleanup, biohazards, active leaks, structural repair, electrical or plumbing work, illegal materials, dangerous chemicals, explosives, ammunition, or removal of items that cannot be handled safely. We may pause or decline work when conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was disclosed.

Hauling, donation delivery, specialty disposal, wall-mounted storage installation, and movement of exceptionally heavy items are included only when specifically stated in the confirmed scope.

Sorting and property decisions

You remain responsible for decisions about keeping, donating, discarding, or relocating property. We will not intentionally dispose of an item without authorization, but you should remove or clearly identify anything valuable, irreplaceable, or confidential before service begins.

Service concerns and damage

Please inspect the work at completion and report any concern promptly at hello@garagecleaned.com. If property damage may have occurred, preserve the item and relevant photos so we can review the circumstances. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Availability, changes, and delays

Arrival windows are estimates rather than exact start times. Weather, road conditions, earlier appointments, safety issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may require a delay or reschedule. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Governing law and contact
